I was going into the mall for something completely unrelated to my phone or service and this gentleman approached me about sprint and what they offer. His name was Jeremy, and he was extremely helpful and helped me switch from Verizon to sprint. I won’t go back!! The cell service is great and the sprint in crystal mall have the most experienced and knowledgeable employees! Thanks Jeremy for exceeding my expectations for service at a phone store, not to mention I got a great deal!! Highly recommend!!
