  I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered supplies from FW Webb for my bathroom remodel. When the construction date neared we found out the tub and vanity would not be available in timely fashion. We pushed the start date back a whole month. The tub arrived in the wrong size. It took a week to get another tub -this one was cracked -FW Webb did not check it prior to delivering it - we only found out with the plumber here ready to work. The vanity was not delivered -calls to FW Webb to find out what had happened were unanswered. Finally I got someone covering for the FW employee I had dealt with -they seemed very reluctant to cover for their co-worker, even though she would be out for several days. They refused to call to check on the vanity stating they could not get it here any sooner even if they called -didn't even want to check on it. Once my contractor got pissed he went to FW Webb and found the vanity was in their warehouse all along -no one bothered to check. Lousy customer service, bad attitude, slow delivery and mistakes in ordering - I give them a failing grade.
